SSCC # 9 - You're an Angel

Happy Sunday!! Welcome to our 9th challenge over at the Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenge Blog. This weeks sponsor is none other than Taylored Expressions.

Our host this week is the lovely Lisa. The scripture she chose this week is from Luke 2:11: Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.
The challenge for you is to make a card or project featuring the nativity or other religious theme about Christ's birth. I didn't have a nativity scene or wisemen/shephard, so I used an angel for my card today:) I put some vellum over navy c.s. to make it look like a cloudy night with a bright star.

Now hop on over to the SSCC blog and see what the other sisters have in store for you. We encourage all of you to play along with us:) and we can't wait to see what you've created!!

Have a Happy and Blessed day!!

Awesome card Kathy! LOVE that night sky and your pretty sparkly angel!! Your border punch is very pretty as well. Great job. This is such a great challenge and I am enjoying everyone's cards so far--they are sooo beautiful! :) Hope you had a good time at the coast this weekend? How's the house coming?

Ah I was wondering how you did your background, great idea! And the border punched edging you chose looks like angel wings to me. This is such a pretty card.
